Way to Go Jordan Spieth and Other News From the Ginger Snaps Book Tour

Jordan Spieth won the 2015 U.S. Open yesterday in dramatic fashion. After double bogeying the 17th hole and losing a three shot lead he birdied the 18th hole and won when Dustin Johnson three putted the 18th hole to lose to Spieth by one shot. I am sure Jordan would have preferred to win another way, but he has now won the last two major golf tournaments, The Masters and the U.S. Open. Congratulations to a very classy young man!

After a fantastic book event and talk to Good Shepherd Episcopal church in Dallas Texas, I took a few days off with Suzy, my daughter, her husband, and their three children at Pawley’s Island, SC. Now I’m back on tour and back to writing the third Jack Patterson thriller.
