NCAA Basketball Tournament Time, both the Men’s and Women’s Championships, and for 15 out of 16 of each tournament’s coaches they will at some point in the next two weeks have to begin the difficult job of consoling their team after a heartbreaking loss and convince their students that despite the loss the team had a very good year. Both tournaments are exciting, riveting, and fun, and yet cruel for all but one team in each tournament. Fifteen teams in each tournament will be considered in the media as “losers.”
Who says sports does’t teach life’s lessons?
Then comes the weeks without basketball and baseball hasn’t heated up yet. What to do?
